The Open-Front Containment Weighing Booth is a specialized workstation designed for safe and efficient handling of hazardous powders, APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), and chemicals in controlled environments. Unlike traditional isolators with glove ports, this gloveless design prioritizes operator flexibility while maintaining containment through advanced airflow engineering.

Basic Working Principle
1. Negative Pressure System:
The booth operates under negative pressure, ensuring that airborne particles (e.g., dust, fine powders) are contained
within the workspace.Air is continuously drawn into the booth through the open front, preventing contaminants from escaping into the operator’s breathing zone.
2. Vertical Laminar Airflow:
Clean air flows vertically from the top-mounted HEPA filters down to the work surface, creating a unidirectional airflow
pattern. Contaminated air is captured and filtered before being recirculated or exhausted.
3. HEPA Filtration:
Equipped with HEPA H14 filters (99.995% efficiency at 0.3 µm) to trap hazardous particles.
Pre-filters extend the lifespan of the HEPA filters by capturing larger particulates.
4. Open-Front Design:
No glove ports or physical barriers, allowing direct access to materials for faster and more ergonomic operations.
